Charity Lawson’s Love Journey Continues
The news about Charity being the next Bachelorette was announced on Tuesday after The Bachelor: Women Tell All.
After the recording, host Jesse Palmer called out Charity for what she believed to be a brief promotional video.
Jesse told Charity that they would play a game of “this or that.” During the game, she would be asked to choose between two different options. For instance, sunrise or sunset, camping or glamping, staycation or vacation, etc.
While the game was on, Jesse gave Charity the option of picking between Bachelor in Paradise or The Bachelorette.
Fortunately, Charity picked Bachelorette. Jesse then informed her that it was a good choice to pick The Bachelorette because she had been selected as the show’s new lead.
“Well, I’m glad you said that because, Charity, I want you to be our next Bachelorette,” Jesse broke the news.
Charity expressed disbelief at first. “No. Stop. Is this for real? No way. No way. Is this for real right now? I’m gonna cry. Are you kidding? No way,” she reacted.
“I’m gonna cry,” she continued before accepting to be the next Bachelorette. “It’s a yes! Absolutely! One hundred percent. Absolutely.”
Charity Is Hopeful About Finding Love
Charity could not hold her emotions as she broke into tears. She opened up about how she had waited forever to find the love of her life. Charity Lawson is positive about her love journey; she expressed that she feels hopeful about meeting someone and getting engaged.
“It blows my mind that I could meet my person and be engaged and literally have my happily ever after,” she shared.
