Chrisley Knows Best star Chase Chrisley has fans concerned. It seems that the 28-year-old son of Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley is having issues handling his booze. But this time, it has landed him in some hot water with the law.
Chase Chrisley has been named as a suspect in an assault case, according to TMZ. The alleged assault took place Monday evening at the Twin Peaks bar in Atlanta, Georgia. The report states that police officers responded to a 911 call around 7:30 pm Monday. The call was placed by the bar’s general manager and alleged victim.
The Twin Peaks manager alleged reality television star Chase Chrisley assaulted him. He claims that Chrisley was a customer at the restaurant/bar and physically attacked during a heated confrontation with Chrisley.
The victim claims that Chase Chrisley had ‘become drunk‘ and out of control. When he confronted the TV personality, things escalated very quickly. While attempting to diffuse the situation, he asked Chase multiple times to leave the establishment. However, Chase’s rage escalated, and he reportedly slapped the manager twice across the face.
Chase Chrisley had left the bar by the time the police arrived. The manager described him as “disrespectful and belligerent.” The manager refused medical attention, stating he was uninjured. He did, however, file a police report naming Chase Chrisley as the suspect in a ‘simple assault.’
So far, Chase’s reps have yet to respond the publication’s request for comment on the alleged assault. This is not the first time that Chrisley’s drinking found him in trouble. In December, Chase was hospitalized with a mystery illness that fans believe to be suspicious.

Currently, Chase’s dad, Todd Chrisley, is incarcerated in a Pensacola prison. At the same time, his mom, Julie, also remains behind bars in Kentucky after being found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion charges in 2022.
His parent’s arrest has been a real struggle for their children. But it is rumored that Chase may be having the most difficulty. Chase Chrisley’s hospitalization opened a massive debate among his fans on Reddit. They fear that his recent hospital stay, which was listed as dehydration and pancreatitis, was brought on by excessive drinking.
Chase posted a photo on social media showing him curled up in a ball while receiving IV fluids. The incident appears to have been swept under the rug. However, his followers believe something serious is going on with him.
