Yesterday, Andy Sztark released a major Update, 1.4.3, adding a Large school, a Large hospital, and New skyscrapers. According to the franchise, the update will be the last major update in Citystate II. It will also include several changes and bug fixes.

December 3 Mini Patch
- Andy Sztark has noted a report by YRMP about a technical issue affecting the new school building unveiled in yesterday’s update. The user stated the difficulty in unlocking the building. The developers have pointed out that when hitting 150k population, most systems would stop working.
- The franchise has fixed zoning cubes turning red even when construction is possible in the area.
- The update will disable the UI button selection with WASD.
- The franchise has also improved the visibility of the pollution heatmap.
- Now there’s a double maximum pollution limit possible on a given tile.
- The Pollution propagation distance has decreased by 20%.
