I’ll be honest, at first glance, delivering packages may not sound like the most enticing game to play. Very few people are interested in playing a game where a daily job is the gameplay. That’s where Cloudpunk takes that idea and turns it on its head though.  Put that daily job into a cyberpunk city, with you in a flying car exploring the world around you. That right there, is how you make it engaging. As of today though, console users will get to see just what I mean. Cloudpunk is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch alongside the PC version. You can find the console launch trailer below.

Cloudpunk - Console Launch Trailer

Cloudpunk follows the story of Rania, a young woman who’s just joined the Cloudpunk delivery service. This service promises quick package delivery to their customers, no matter the situation or cost. While your job starts like normal, things begin to unravel and take an interesting turn. What is Rania willing to do to score herself a paycheck? While getting your wage, you’ll explore the beautiful sprawling city of Nivalis. Not one moment goes by where you aren’t in awe of the game’s various setpieces. Whether you’re on the ground or driving through the air, you simply can’t take your eyes away.

That’s not just coming from me either. Cloudpunk has an astonishing 4000 reviews on Steam, being put into the Very Positive category. Many of those cited the great atmosphere it gives off, and it’s hard to argue with. If the game looks exciting to you, you can pick it up from your console’s shop for $24.99. Not a bad price if you ask me.

Now, I’d like to hear your thoughts on Cloudpunk. Have you played through it on PC? What are your initial impressions of this cyberpunk delivery sim? Let me know in the comments below!
