Sometimes men can get incredibly petty during a breakup. Emotions run high, sure, but it’s shocking when that bitterness gets taken out on an unborn child. That’s exactly what happened in Florida, where one soon-to-be dad decided to get revenge on his pregnant ex in one of the cruelest ways possible.
After his partner told him she no longer wanted to be with him, his response wasn’t just anger, it was to take back their baby’s crib and bassinet. Yes, the items meant for his unborn child. In a video filmed by the expectant mother, you can see him dragging the crib away while she protests, pointing out that it belongs to the baby. His reply? That it was his, since his parents gave it to him.
And this is the man preparing to be a father. Imagine having a dad who chooses to be your enemy before you’re even born.
The Florida woman repeats that the stuff is for the baby, but the guy keeps pushing them out of the room. His explanation is that she doesn’t want him in her life anymore. Soooo immature. It’s not like she is leaving him for something small, the guy is definitely dangerous. According to the mother, he “Cheated, abused, manipulated, damaged my property, allowed and encouraged someone to put a [gun] to my head.” He didn’t even stop at taking the crib because he continued his revenge. “He put sugar in my gas tank and dumped out all the food in my house and peed on my clothes and the floor after this,” she said. Thankfully, she filed a restraining order against him. This is the least she could do. Someone like him shouldn’t even be around kids.

People were definitely not on the side of the Florida dad. After all, who takes something that is meant for his unborn son? Due to this insane behavior, one person said, “The judge gone love this.” It might be the first time a judge comes across something like this. Another person pointed out how the guy didn’t mind harming his baby. “Never trust a man that is ok making it harder for their kids to have a safe and normal life,” they wrote. Since he kept saying that the crib and bassinet are his and that he was taking them to his parents’ house, one woman said, “I would’ve called his parents so fast.” This made the mother reply by saying, “I did and she said she doesn’t wanna be involved and she gives up on him.” I can see why.
Others kept mentioning how immature the Florida dad was. He was basically acting like a baby himself, and this made one person say, “He gonna sleep in it.” One woman also advised the mother to let him take them. “He’s doing that because he thinks it will hurt you, let him take everything he wants if it means you are at peace now,” she wrote. She is definitely better off without him. Someone also called what happened abuse as they said, “The number one thing people are not saying: this is abuse. This is domestic violence. Please get a restraining order, emergency custody, and move.” It’s a good thing that the mom got a restraining order. Hopefully, she will get her baby’s stuff back.
