An alleged leak of dialog lines reveals the possible story that will be told in CD Projekt Red’s first Cyberpunk 2077 DLC. The subject went viral mainly on Reddit, and the leaker claims to have removed the subtitles from the conversations of a game patch.
The 1.5 update that came to Cyberpunk 2077 in February of this year may contain extremely important information for the game’s first DLC. In the first version of the patch, CD Projekt Red probably accidentally added all the dialogues of the DLC to the files, but these dialogues were not leaked for a long time.
Now, the leaker of these dialogs says that this is a legal leak, and anyone who wants can see these dialogs by downloading the first version of the patch released on February 15th and opening the lang_text archives.
The files are not completed, and most side missions use only temporary text. However, despite this, it seems that there will be seven main missions in the expansion pack.
All About Cyberpunk 2077’s First DLC
CD Projekt Red’s first Cyberpunk 2077 DLC, which does not give too many spoilers, tells the story of a character taken from the original game. Also, the files show that the expansion will have seven main missions.
The expansion pack will take players to the Combat Zone area (Pacifica area), which is present in the main game but inaccessible. Although this area is not accessible in the main game, it was included in the book The World of Cyberpunk 2077.
Reddit users who accessed the lines of dialogue say that Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves, doesn’t have many lines in the DLC. The person who gave us the task in the DLC is a Netrunner named Songbird. He gets into Songbird V’s head and replaces Johnny Silverhand.
The alleged leak has become reality as the materials were deleted from the internet due to copyright.
