To accept the Finding The Seaweed Collector quest, you must visit Sea People Village and tell with NPC Mima. This quest is the third in Mima’s quest line, so you won’t be able to accept it until you’ve completed Deliver Mima’s Lunch Boxes and Tube Corals Needed. After that, you revisit Mima at her underwater restaurant and find she is in a bad mood.

Due to problems with food supplies, she cannot treat visitors to delicious dishes, and no one comes. Something may have happened to her Seaweed Collector named Tsuchi, but she can’t leave her restaurant to check it out. So she will ask you to help with this. To complete the Finding the Seaweed Collector quest in Dave The Diver, you must find Tsuchi’s house and help with his little problem. And here’s how to do it.

After accepting the quest, you must leave the village. Swim through the small hole in the wall to the left of the village entrance and swim up until you reach the first turn to the right.
Turning to the right and slightly up, find a narrow tunnel with tubeworms. But you must use UV Light to swim past these sea creatures safely.
After overcoming this obstacle, you must find a way up and swim until you reach the cave on the left side.
Swim up and to the left until you find a jellyfish fragment indicating that you are on the right track.
After that, you should follow the traces of the jellyfish. But keep your UV Light ready, as you might come across another tunnel with Tubeworms along the way.
Finally, swim to the left and down a bit to reach the entrance to Tsuchi’s house.

Entering Tsuchi’s house, you will see a frightened NPC and a turtle nervously swimming around the room. And upon noticing your presence, Tsuchi will immediately ask for your help. To help NPC, you must grab the turtle tail and press the space bar many times. Filling in the scale, you will see a cutscene where the turtle will spit out the bag. Tsuchi will thank you for your help and go to collect Seaweed. Finally, you only need to visit Mima to complete the quest and get 50 Bei as a reward.
