Demi Lovato is sparking comments about her weight loss as she stuns in a glamorous dress. The singer, 32, had already garnered comments about her slimmed-down frame ahead of her latest sighting, one showing her looking a million dollars in a strapless evening dress and high heels.
Stepping out for the Glamour Woman of the Year event this week, Demi made her way into the venue while surrounded by a swarm of paparazzi, sending out glam vibes and seemingly catching the eye with her slender frame. When fans commented on celebrity photographer Elder Ordonez’s Instagram, one user said that Demi had “lost all her weight.” Not long after, fans commented on the former Disney star’s changing appearance as she rocked vinyl dress at the World Mental Health Day Gala.

Strutting across a walkway while flaunting her hourglass curves, Demi rocked a low neckline and cinched waist in a slinky, figure-hugging black dress.
Rocking old-world elegance and classic eveningwear style, the “Confident” hitmaker accentuated her trim waist via a tight bodice, which went ruched and with structured detailing around her neckline for a tailored finish.
Demi just about managed not to stumble over her dress while in stiletto heels, completing her look with her dark locks worn down, plus a full face of makeup.
Told She ‘Lost All The Weight’
Demi is an eating disorder survivor who has bravely documented her battles, which began with purging as young as nine. “Lost all her weight and wants to look like a girl again. No more they/them,” one fan wrote, noting that Lovato has reverted back to using a feminine pronoun.
Gaining likes, another fan said: “Ozempic,” although a further user disagreed. “Best she’s looked in years,” a further user chimed in. Demi does appear to have lost weight, something her Instagram followers have been commenting on this year, although many have phrased this in the context of the star looking happier than ever while engaged to fiance Jutes.
Demi’s weight loss was already a talking point last year, when remarks on a dedicated Reddit thread saw one fan say: “Hate to ask it but did she jump on the buccal fat removal train?”
Demi has never admitted to the cosmetic procedure. The pop star remains a mental health advocate who openly supports open discussions about eating disorders and substance abuse. While Demi suffered a near-fatal drug overdose in 2018, it looks like she’s in the best place she can be.
