Actress Denise Richards isn’t playing around regarding her divorce from Aaron Phypers. She is pulling out all the big guns and every receipt she can for the ultimate courtroom showdown. While her soon-to-be ex isn’t going to like it one bit, there is nothing he can do to stop her.
Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards split back in July after seven years of marriage. Needless to say, the details have been anything but pretty on both sides of the celebrity breakup.
With the court just around the corner, Denise is using everything in her arsenal to ensure that Aaron walks away with nothing. She is also pushing for a permanent restraining order, and once he estranged ex gets a load of what she has in store for him, it could just send him straight over the edge.
Us Weekly has obtained information revealing that Richards has submitted an extensive list of evidence she plans to introduce at the hearing on Friday, September 8. If everything goes her way, Phypers will allegedly not stand a chance.
So what is Denise Richards’ ace in the hole? Sources claim that the RHOBH star has gone straight to Bravo and pulled up some very damning video receipts that could very well cinch the divorce case and the protective order request once and for all.
Denise Richards Piles Up The Evidence Against Aaron Phypers
One Bravo RHOBH’s clip in particular shows a hostile exchange between Aaron and Denise that aired back in 2020. Most longtime Housewives fans will recall the scene where Phypers threatened her during a heated moment on camera.
The clip reveals an angry Aaron threatening to crush Denise’s hand as they exit a party. Richards reveals she didn’t even realize how scary it sounded until she watched it back later. Denise is also planning to submit transcripts, numerous photographs of injuries she claims were caused by Phypers, and a series of very explicit and violent text messages.
As recently reported, there has been a lot of dramatic back and forth between the troubled spouses. This includes Aaron Phyper accusing Denise Richards of a drug addiction issue, and an explosive physical altercation at Denise’s home between Aaron and his family members and Richards.
At this time, Pyphers claims everything Richards is alleging is a lie and demands his own day in court to prove so. “My day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward, and the truth will prevail.’ I, too, will be vindicated when the truth comes out,” Phypers stated.
However, Denise is a fighter and refuses to back down. So, it looks like things could get really interesting very soon. Also, since Bravo is involved, it is a safe bet that cameras will be on hand to capture all the juicy moments for fans to catch up in upcoming episodes of RHOBH. So stay tuned!
