Seventh Seraph Carbine in Destiny 2
This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

The Seventh Seraph Carbine is a reissued Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle that has been reintroduced in Destiny 2 as a reward for participating in the Season of the Seraph. This weapon is equipped with Precision Frame as its Intrinsic Trait and can come with Rasputin’s Arsenal as its Origin Trait. Precision Frame maintains the weapon’s recoil to be more predictably vertical, while Rasputin’s Arsenal enables players to partially reload the Auto Rifle’s magazine by breaking a target’s shield. To get this Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle, players must participate in the new Dungeon of the Season of the Seraph — Spire of the Watcher.

Unlike the Liminal Vigil Sidearm, which drops from the final boss’s chest in the Spire of the Watcher, Destiny 2 fans can acquire the Seventh Seraph Carbine Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle from the first chest that Guardians encounter while exploring and ascending the spire of the Dungeon in Season of the Seraph.

Gamepur states that the following God Roll is the optimal build for the Seventh Seraph Carbine when taking the weapon into PvP in Destiny 2:

Weapon Slot God Rolls In-game Description
Barrel Smallbore
  • Increases range
  • Increases stability
Magazine Tactical Mag
  • Slightly increases stability
  • Increases reload speed
  • Slightly increases magazine size
First Perk Hip-Fire Grip
  • Increases accuracy, stability, and precision hit targeting when firing from the hip
Second Perk Elemental Capacitor
  • Increased stats based on the currently equipped subclass:
    • (Solar) increases your reload speed
    • (Arc) increases handling
    • (Void) increases stability
    • (Stasis) moderately controls recoil and increases movement speed when aiming down sights

Conversely, Light.gg recommends the following God Roll for those looking for a more balanced build that focuses on increasing Stability, Handling, and Reload Speed:

Weapon Slot God Rolls In-game Description
Barrel Arrowhead Brake
  • Greatly controls recoil
  • Increases handling speed
Magazine Flared Magwell
  • Slightly increases stability
  • Greatly increases reload speed
First Perk Fourth Time’s the Charm
  • Rapidly landing precision hits will return two rounds to the magazine
Second Perk Target Lock
  • Rapidly landing precision hits will return two rounds to the magazine

Keep in mind that the perfect God Roll build suits the user’s preference when using the weapon. Accordingly, Guardians are encouraged to mix and match their preferred rolls when using this Legendary Auto Rifle for optimal performance.

Destiny 2 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PC.
