Destiny 2 players are busy completing all the quests, ranking up, and getting all the new great items and weapons added to the game as part of Season of the Haunted. How to Get the Austringer Hand Cannon in Destiny 2
The Austringer Hand Cannon can be created via weapon crafting at the Enclave on Mars. This means it has access to all of the enchanted versions of its perks as well. If you want to get this weapon, firstly, you need to complete Deepsight Resonance variations to unlock the pattern.
You need to complete five Deepsight Resonance variations of the weapon to unlock its pattern. After acquiring all the variations and unlocking the pattern, you can craft the Austringer Hand Cannon in Enclave on Mars.
There is the standard variation and the Deepsight Resonance version of Austringer, but fortunately, both of these types require the same type of resource. Focusing Umbral Engrams for the Deepsight Resopnance weapons will require more Crown of Sorrow upgrades.
Opulent Keys will open Opulent Chests around the Derelict Leviathan where both variations of the weapon can be found as well. The Austringer Hand Cannon also has great perks, and with the correct combination, it can be one of the deadliest weapons in the game.

If you are mostly playing PvP in Destiny 2, the best perks are the Snapshot/Rangefinder. If you are more of a general player, Outlaw/Rampage is the best combination to go. And for the Rampage, the best combination is Outlaw/Frenzy.
