It is a part of every role-playing to have the right set of weapons and armor set along with some great modifications. It is part of RPG games charm that encourages players to find weapons or items with great modification or search on how to gain them. One of these modifications is called Heavy Handed Mod which improves players’ melee abilities and passively adds ammo. Here is the guide on how to get the Heavy Handed Mod in Destiny 2.
How to Get the Heavy Handed Mod in Destiny 2
The Heavy Handed Mod is a Charged with the light mod that passively adds ammo to the player’s weapon but mainly increases the melee abilities. If you want to get the Heavy Handed Mod, you must frequently visit Ada-1, which is located in the western part of the Tower, near the Annex.
Ada-1 sells two armor mods every day, and fortunately, Ada-1 selection resets on a daily basis. Depending on your luck, you might get the armor mod on your first try, or it might take some time. The cost of a Heavy-Handed Mod is 10 Mod Components. You can get Mod Component by completing Gunsmith Bounties from Banshee-44.
After you equip a legendary armor piece with Heavy Handed Mod, every time you use melee energy, you’ll regain half of the used energy. But to activate this perk, you must be Charged with Light and consume one stack of the Charged with Light mechanic.

There is also a secondary perk called Lock and Load. This perk basically gives players additional ammo if they defeat a combatant with Fusion Rifle, Shotgun, Sidearm, or Submachine Gun. This mod can be very good for some customized build that is mainly focused on melee attacks in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
