If you’re looking for a solid firearm for your Strand build in Destiny 2: Season of Defiance, consider wielding the Legendary Auto Rifle Perpetualis. While its Impact is lacking, this weapon’s stats are well-rounded, making it the perfect companion for an ability-casting Strand Warlock. Offering high values in Handling and Aim Assistance, it’s hard to miss when firing with the Perpetualis. This firearm is also an excellent support-centric playstyle, thanks to its Origin Trait: Noble Deeds. As its name suggests, Noble Deeds buffs the Auto Rifle’s Handling and Reload Speed whenever its wielder buffs or heals their allies.
Unlocking the Perpetualis Auto Rifle in Destiny 2
Among the multiple ways to unlock the Perpetualis, one of the most straightforward methods is clearing seasonal story missions in Destiny 2: Season of Defiance. Alternatively, you can try your luck with the chests unlocked at the end of a Defiance Battlegrounds instance. These chests are opened using Defiant Keys, which you’ll earn from regular activities like Vanguard Ops, Crucible matches, or Gambit.
