All Legendary Weapon Traits
If you didn’t get this raid’s Exotic weapon, don’t worry, the Legendary ones are also great. Plus, they’ll be pretty useful around Kepler and in other activities. Also, every Legendary included in the loot table of The Desert Perpetual in Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate will have the Frame of Reference origin trait. The trait does the following:
- Final blows with this weapon temporarily grant increased damage, reload speed, and range. This effect is frozen in time while the weapon is stowed.
With the origin trait out of the way, here are the other perks that might drop for each weapon:
- Antedate
- Strategist: Weapon Kills grant 10% Class Ability Energy.
- Target Lock: Successive Hits within 0.2 seconds of each other grant a ramping Damage Buff after scoring 12.5% of the Magazine Capacity as hits. Missing deactivates the buff.
- Auto-loading Holster: Refills the stowed weapon from reserves after 3.5 seconds of it being stowed.
- To the Pain: While this weapon is equipped, taking damage increases handling and aim assist until the weapon is stowed.
- Finite Maybe
- Lead from Gold: Heavy Ammo Pickups grants 25% of your maximum Special Ammo Reserves even while the weapon is stowed.
- Bait and Switch: Dealing damage with all 3 of your weapons without letting the timer run out grants you ‘Bait and Switch’ for 10 seconds, granting 30% increased damage.
- Ambitious Assassin: Overflows the magazine based on the number of rapid kills before reloading.
- Burning Ambition: Dealing sustained damage scorches the target. Dealing damage to a scorched target inflicts scorch.
- Intercalary
- Rewind Rounds: Upon emptying the Magazine, it refills 60% of the number of Hits landed into the Magazine from reserves.
- Master of Arms: Scoring a Kill with any weapon grants Master of Arms x1, granting 15% increased damage for 7 seconds.
- Auto-loading Holster: Refills the stowed weapon from reserves after 3.5 seconds of it being stowed.
- Binary Orbit: Elemental final blows opposite this weapon increase damage for a short duration. Darkness final blows boost Arc, Solar, and Void weapons. Light final blows boost Stasis, Strand, and Kinetic weapons.
- Lance Ephemeral
- Hatchling: Upon scoring a Precision Kill or 3 kills within 3 seconds of each other, it spawns a Threadling on the enemy death location.
- Envious Arsenal: Dealing any damage with both of your other weapons refills the magazine from reserves.
- Bait and Switch: Dealing damage with all 3 of your weapons without letting the timer run out grants you ‘Bait and Switch’ for 10 seconds, granting 30% increased damage.
- Redirection: Damaging rank-and-file combatants increases damage against more powerful ones.
- Snapshot Sights: Faster time to aim down sights.
- Killing Tally: Kills increase this weapon’s damage until it is stowed or reloaded.
- Elemental Honing: Dealing unique elemental damage grants this weapon a stacking damage bonus. This bonus is increased for kinetic weapons.

- Master of Arms: Scoring a Kill with any weapon grants Master of Arms x1, granting 15% increased damage for 7 seconds.
- Dragonfly: Precision kills create an elemental damage explosion.
- The When and Where
- Chill Clip: Direct Hits apply 60 Slow Stacks for 4 seconds to enemies within 4 meters of the target.
- Reaper’s Tithe: Multiple simultaneous final blows queue up a stacking damage buff.
- Demolitionist: Kills with this weapon generate grenade energy. Activating your grenade ability reloads this weapon from reserves.
