It’s been a long year for Diablo 4 with plenty of ups and downs, and to celebrate, Blizzard is holding an event in Diablo 4 Season 4 called March of the Goblins. It’s currently live now and will run from June 6 to June 13, 2024 (with a Part 2 extension until June 20). During that duration, do prepare to be showered with gifts. These can range from in-game activities to free cosmetics. So, in the spirit of the Diablo 4 anniversary event, here’s how you can claim these gifts and what the March of the Goblins is all about.

As you might have guessed, this anniversary event for Diablo 4 is centered around the in-game Treasure Goblins. You have to slay them while they’re fleeing so you can reap some unusually bloated rewards.

With the March of the Goblins Event, you’ll be encountering these Treasure Goblins more frequently. They will also drop additional loot (more than usual), and you’ll encounter several of them at a time. To hunt down these anniversary Treasure Goblins, make sure to look for the following in-game:

  • Greed Shrines

Activating Greed Shrines in-game might summon several Treasure Goblins in the March of the Goblin Event in Diablo 4 now up until June 13, 2024.

So be on the lookout and if you’ve been complaining the Greed Shrines are underwhelming, well, now they’re temporarily better.

Apart from the Treasure Goblins, there are also several other gifts during Diablo 4‘s anniversary events. These will help greatly in leveling up or making your characters look cooler.

  • Mother’s Blessing – The good old Experience buff is back and will now give a 25 percent Experience boost and a 50 percent multiplicative Gold boost. This buff will last from June 6 to June 20, 2024.
  • Free Cosmetics – It’s not clear yet what these cosmetics will be, but the game will give you one for free for each day of the anniversary event. So be sure to check Tejal’s shop daily from June 6 to June 12, 2024. If you miss that window, you’ll get a chance to claim all of these cosmetics again on June 20, 2024.
  • Legendary 5-Star Gem Gift – Gems are harder to craft now, so the game is giving some of them for free. Starting June 13, 2024, you can start claiming this gift in-game until June 20, 2024.

If you’ve been itching to start a new character this season, now’s your chance, as leveling up will be faster than ever.
