Every player has a reason for liking a certain class over another. Understanding them can help you decide who works best for your particular playstyle. You can find the right class with a Diablo Immortal character classes tier list. This list is only our personal opinion about the various classes in the game, so if you happen to rank one higher or lower, that’s perfectly valid.
All Character Classes Tier List in Diablo Immortal
In Diablo Immortal, there’s a nice balance among each character class, of which there are 6 in all. With that said, some still stand out compared to others.
Much of a classes tier list in Diablo Immortal boils down to preference. So, if you enjoyed a particular class in previous games, there’s no reason this list should tell you otherwise.
But if you’d like to try something different, we hope our list is a useful guide. Remember, at the time of writing this, you can’t change your class yet. Blizzard has plans for a Class Change feature in the future, though. But for now, you’re stuck with the initial class you choose, so choose wisely.
Regardless of the tier list, all classes can handle the content in the game in some manner or another. How well you perform depends on many factors like difficulty level and playstyle.
Without further wait, let’s get into our class tier list for Diablo Immortal. Our personal choices are in the table below:
Tier | Class |
S | Crusader || Demon Hunter || Barbarian |
A | Necromancer || Wizard |
B | Monk |
S Tier Character Classes
CRUSADER
The Crusader is a go-to all-around viable class in Diablo Immortal. They’re very agile, thanks to their celestial horse for farming purposes and getting rid of a slew of enemies fast. Their crowd control is top-notch, so they excel at handling multiple enemies.
On the other hand, they may not perform as well against single opponents due largely to their high-timer cooldowns. Still, they can do substantial damage that makes them worthwhile in both PvE and PvP settings.
DEMON HUNTER
Demon Hunter ranks high in our classes tier list as they seem to deal the most damage in Diablo Immortal. For Challenge Rifts, they’re the best. They have incredible DPS, and they can decimate bosses fast. They’re even ideal for player combat as they handle those enemies just as well.
With how good Demon Hunter is for solo play, it doesn’t do much for co-op. Yes, they still deal out heavy damage, but there are no ally buffs to brag about.
BARBARIAN
Barbarians are all about skill and high AoE damage to many enemies at once. They’re great in PvE and PvP situations as they can rush in, kill fast, and move on.
However, this only works if you know how to use the Barbarian. The cooldowns are quite long, and if you haven’t thought strategically about your skills, you can find yourself stuck in the middle of battle. As the Barbarian is a large target, it’s easier for enemies to focus on them. Just take care with your skills, and you can own the battlefield.
A Tier Character Classes in Diablo Immortal
NECROMANCER
The Necromancer is a fun class if you like exploding corpses. Long-time players of Diablo may enjoy stepping into the Necromancer’s shoes too. They’re great early on, especially when it comes to speed farming. Additionally, they’re excellent in solo play since you can summon your skeleton army to deal out damage.
At the same time, the Necromancer’s greatest strengths can become a weakness if you don’t have enough dead bodies around you. But as long as you (and your team) keep taking down enemies, you shouldn’t run out of them anytime soon. You have to do a bit of micromanaging to make the most use of the Necromancer.
WIZARD
The Wizard is a worthy class, but one that is most effective once you know how to adapt. They have a good range of abilities, and against human opponents, they deal out incredible burst damage. Their AoE spell damage can handle numerous enemies at once. Wizards also have great mobility, making farming a breeze.
However, Wizards don’t have the best protection. So, if you don’t know how to use them, you can find yourself dropping out of battles if things get too hot too fast.
B Tier Character Classes
MONK
The Monk is a class that can thrive in co-op, but you should take care in solo play even with the best gear. Don’t get us wrong; they are great in a team, thanks to their buffs. So, if you want something for support with moderate damage, the Monk can handle the job.
However, that’s about the best way to use them. They aren’t heavy-hitters, so some players may find themselves putting in a lot of work in solo play.
And with that said, we hope our character classes tier list gives you more of an idea of which class you want to start with in Diablo Immortal. Once the feature is implemented, you can eventually change your class to play around with all of them at some point.
