Players are once again making their way to the evil land of Sanctuary, thanks to the introduction of Diablo Immortal. This sequel is focused on defeating demonic foes and completing tasks, just like every previous, established Diablo title. Many people are having trouble with one mission in particular, though. The task in question is named Lost Runes, and, to complete it, players must light nine pillars. However, randomly tackling the torch riddle isn’t going to work. So, how do you light all nine pillars? Here is the proper answer to this puzzle.
Completing the Lost Runes Pillars Puzzle in Diablo Immortal
Lost Runes is the fifth mission in Diablo Immortal’s Library of Zoltun Kulle. It follows on from Restoring Order and goes straight to the Central Core. During this quest, the hero has to collect three runes. A puzzle will protect the first one.
Lighting all nine of the pillars for this puzzle at random won’t work. The first thing that a player should do is reset the whole thing if they’ve played around with it. Head to the statue to the northwest and click it to reset the lamps. Luckily, you can do this as many times as is needed.
The solution to this challenge could be found right next to it in the book. It states that you should ignite the four corner pillars first, then the central lamp last. It makes no difference in whatever sequence you do this; all that counts is that you press the four corner lamps first, followed by the one in the center. In the image above, you can see what this looks like. Select any of the pillars shown with an X above them in the picture. Finally, interact with the one in the middle.
The rune will appear once the Diablo Immortal’s pillars puzzle is done. Pick it up and head to the next objective. The second rune may be gained following a quick boss battle, but the third rune requires the player to solve a mirror jigsaw.
