Disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ scandal has been the hot topic in Hollywood. As he awaits trial for sex trafficking, new lawsuits have been filed accusing him of sexual assault. While his family is still standing by his side, Combs shouldn’t expect any help from his A-list pals.
Prior to his scandal and arrest, Diddy was friends with everyone in Hollywood. Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Lopez, and Cameron Diaz attended many of his parties, which have now infamously been referred to as “freak offs.”
However, following his scandal, celebs have been distancing themselves from the record executive.
In Touch Weekly reports that Combs is shocked by the lack of support from his celebrity pals, including his exes Lopez and Diaz.
He’s still in total denial and expected all his high-profile friends, and even his exes like J. Lo and Cameron to stand up for him.
He can’t wrap his head around the fact that everyone’s just dropped him and wants no part of his sordid scandal.
A source says that the lack of defense from Combs’ pals is because “no one is risking their reputations.”
It’s not like they’ve been going around trashing him, but everyone’s been giving him a seriously wide berth. He’s radioactive at this point, even if he hasn’t been found guilty, his name is mud, and it would be social suicide to have anything to do with him.
Diddy Could Take Down Hollywood With His Evidence
Since news of Diddy’s scandal broke, anyone associated with the rapper has come under scrutiny. Internet sleuths have dug up old photos and videos of stars such as Kevin Hart and Usher partying at the mogul’s mansion.
Given what’s been revealed about Combs’ parties, questions arise about whether celebs participated in illegal activities or were victims themselves.
As more evidence mounts in his case, many Hollywood A-listers are worried.
There’s a legitimate fear among a huge swath of people in Hollywood – J. Lo and Cameron included – that he could seriously embarrass them if he decides to talk about what they shared with him back in the day, which was pretty intimate.
Unfortunately for Lopez, Diaz, and other celebs, nothing can be done.
”Their hands are tied, it’s not like they can reach out to him,” the source explained. “So, all they can do is hope and pray he keeps his mouth shut.”
But Diddy might let the evidence do the talking if he wants to hit back at his former pals.
Of course, all the rumors that he’s kept meticulous records and even video recordings, of all the crazy stuff that went on at his big parties over the years is only adding to everyone’s panic. The word is he’s got enough dirt to hang half of Hollywood.
With the investigation still ongoing, all eyes will be on Hollywood to see which of Diddy’s pals possibly could be taken down with him.
