Sean Diddy Combs has been locked behind bars since September 18 and is reportedly starting to struggle more each day. Despite a fourth bail request, the disgraced rapper is nearing 60 days of incarceration, and it doesn’t look like he will be getting out anytime soon.
Diddy’s legal team is trying everything possible to free their client. However, if the judge continues to see fit, Diddy will remain there until his hearing in May.

While he continues to plead not guilty, the stress is reportedly beginning to take a toll on him. For now, Diddy can keep in contact with his seven children and family members. Last week, he celebrated his 55th birthday behind bars. It was a far cry from the vast celebrity-filled celebrations he has grown accustomed to in the past.
The highlight of Sean Combs’ birthday was a phone call from his seven children. The family sang him a happy birthday and blew out candles for him. According to the Mirror Us, they spoke with a federal prison consultant to get an idea of what a typical day is like for Diddy.
MDC prison rules state that inmates can place outgoing calls, but no incoming calls are allowed.
Calls are limited to 15 minutes. The inmates get 510 minutes a month of phone calls. However, on January 1, the minutes will return to pre-covid amounts of 300 minutes per month. However, Inmates have unlimited email access and are allowed 30 approved contacts to write to. Provided there is money in their accounts to cover the 5 cents per minute charges.

Diddy’s legal team continues to fight for his release and claims that the conditions are “not fit for pre-trial detention.” According to Radar Online reports, Diddy’s lawyer claims the rapper is forced to sleep on the floor while rats scurry around him. He also claims that Combs refuses to eat the food because it is disgusting and fears someone may tamper with it. The stress reportedly is taking a significant toll on the rapper’s physical and mental health.
Not only is Sean Diddy Combs’ legal team and family growing very concerned about his health on the inside, but so are several of his Hollywood A-List friends. Many are nervous that their connections and appearances with Diddy during his Freak-Off parties will place them at risk. They fear their reputations and careers are at significant risk.
Some high-profile names allegedly on high alert include Ashton Kutcher, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jennifer Lopez. Kutcher has even spoken out, saying he expects to be subpoenaed in Diddy’s case.
Ashton also claims he hasn’t been in contact with Combs for several years. However, fears the rapper could make ‘false allegations‘ against him and others to help clear his name. The longer Diddy remains behind bars and the more evidence piles up, the more celebrities and fans may start to agree with Ashton.
