The video of Diddy’s home raid by law enforcement has gone viral. Recall that Homeland Security raided the rapper’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles in connection to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. Amid the controversy, Diddy’s baby mama, Misa Hylton, has shared her thoughts on the raid. In a social media post, she shared the alleged security video footage of the encounter and slammed the feds for the excessive use of force.
Misa Hylton Shares Video of Diddy’s Home Raid
Diddy’s baby mama, Misa Hylton, has said the federal agents who raided her former partner’s homes used excessive force. On Tuesday, the fashion designer shared security footage of the March 25 incident on her Instagram page. The video of Diddy’s home raid showed heavily armed federal agents entering the rapper’s home. They could be seen pushing Christian Combs, Hylton and Diddy‘s son, who had his hands above his head, against a wall while handcuffing him. The footage also showed Christian’s brother, Justin, walking with his hands above his head while they aimed a gun at him. Other occupants in the home weren’t left out, as they were also handcuffed and had guns pointed at them.
Diddy’s Baby Mama Criticizes the Feds
In the post’s caption, Hylton called out the feds for using what she perceived as unnecessary aggression.
“The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable,” she began.
The stylist then noted that the federal agents wouldn’t have handled the brothers with the same aggression if they were the sons of a non-black celebrity.
“The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable,” Hylton continued.
The 51-year-old further questioned the need to have several laser beams from firearms pointed at Justin’s chest. Similarly, Hylton questioned why the agents needed to point a gun at the back of Christian’s head while handcuffing him.
“How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive,” she inquired.
Hylton concluded by noting that Justin would take legal action for the unnecessary and excessive use of force. According to her, they would fight for justice using every imaginable resource available. Meanwhile, law enforcement is yet to release any details regarding the sex trafficking investigation or Diddy’s home raid.
