Diddy’s children are being slammed for proclaiming their father’s innocence following shocking allegations of sexual abuse and assault. In a new Instagram post, Diddy’s oldest son, Quincy, shared a family photo with his siblings, grandmother, and father. The caption was lengthy, and in it, he said the allegations against his father have “devastated our family.”
“Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media,” he wrote. “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. [And] we hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU [AND] LOVE YOU DAD.”
Quincy’s post comes after Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles and arrest in September 2024. The disgraced rapper has been charged in a Manhattan Federal Court with sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. And that’s not all. Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting numerous people in different lawsuits. The latest claim accuses Combs of raping a 13-year-old at an MTV VMA afterparty in 2000.
Watchers Tell Diddy’s Children To Keep ‘Quiet’ Following Damning Past Few Months
Although the public is unable to comment on Quincy’s Instagram post, another account reshared it. There, watchers are going in on the family, and it’s not a pretty sight. “He too grown to be in denial,” one user wrote about Quincy’s defense of his father. “Men see their dad smack and beat a woman on video, and they still stand 10 toes down,” another commented.
Several other posters suggested the 33-year-old “keep quiet” based on the news that has been released to the public so far.
“Damn, Q. How the world saw the video of him beating Cassie, but you missed it?” someone asked. “Quincy, we ‘gon hold your hand while we say this,” another commented. “STOP IT RIGHT NOW. You know damn well videos and tangible evidence don’t lie.”
Diddy’s children aren’t the only ones coming to his defense. In early October 2024, his mother shared an emotional statement, saying she was “saddened” by her son’s “public lynching.”
The rapper’s trial is set for May 5, 2024. Until then, Diddy will remain in custody in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City.
