When it comes to the several distinct Digimon that players may befriend, Digimon Survive provides a wide selection. Though the approach of making friends with them basically stays the same, each one is a little bit different in terms of both design and personality. There are, however, a few notable exceptions to this rule, the first of which is Numemon, as is frequently the case. So, to help you out, here is how to befriend Numemon in Digimon Survive.

Befriending Numemon

Digimon Survive Befriend Numemon

In Digimon Survive, meeting new friends typically entails engaging in discussion and selecting the best responses. However, since Numemon is mute, gamers must discover alternate means of interaction with him. This implies that individuals who want to befriend Numemon must observe his behavior and react appropriately.

Players will reply to three distinct actions after speaking with the Digimon, with the best response earning two points. Players can ask the Digimon to become friends at the end of the chat if they successfully earn three points throughout it.

The Digimon will react in a way, and you must do something similar to bring the relationship up. Here are the answers you can use to befriend Numemon in Digimon Survive:

  • (The monster shakes his head as he starts to leave.) -> [Speak kindly to him.]
  • (The monster just stands there.) -> [Gesture.]
  • (The monster is trying to say something.) -> [Give it some food.]
  • (The monster is staring in fascinated confusion.) -> [Stare right back.]
  • (The monster bends forward, scowling at you.) -> [Mimic his posture.]
  • (The monster seems interested in what the humans are saying.) -> [Talk to him slowly.]
  • (The monster looks warily in this direction.) -> [Prepare to fight.]

The Free Bat region in Part 2 is where players may become friends with Gazimon and Biyomon, as well as Numemon. However, Numemon appears to be much more uncommon than the aforementioned Digimons.

In fact, it’s probable that the “Free Action!” part is the only time Numemon shows up, so gamers should keep an eye out for him while keeping tabs on their buddies. The player won’t have to worry about losing out on possible affinity gains because participating in a Free Battle during this phase of the game won’t count as one of their seven actions.

Digimon Survive is now available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
