Bethesda has released the launch trailer for Dishonored Definitive Edition for today’s release of the game.

Dishonored Definitive Edition contains Arkane Studios’ 2012 Game of the Year along with enhanced graphics and all the additional content that was released. The additional content includes the Dunwall City Trials, The Knife of Dunwall, The Brigmore Witches and Void Walker’s Arsenal. All of the additional content was originally available as DLC.

In Dishonored, players play as Corvo, the man wrongfully accused of killing the Empress of Dunwall. Players are tasked with hunting down the group responsible for the assassination of the Empress and rescue Emily, the Empress’ daughter. Player will employ stealth techniques and gadgets to help hunt the group and save Emily. Corvo also meets a being called the Outsider who brands him with a mark that allows the use of abilities, such as “Possession”, “Blink”, and “Bend Time.”

Dishonored is designed for players to use stealth to take out targets. Players will have to hide behind objects and buildings, avoid the enemies’ cone of vision, and avoid lighted areas in reducing detection. Players can lean around the sides of objects that they are hiding behind to see the immediate area and eavesdrop, and as long as Corvo remains hidden, his enemies will not see him. Players can also look the keyhole of a door to peer into a room without being seen. This allows for several ways to plan on how to take out targets.

Dishonored Definitive Edition is now available on the Xbox One and the Playstation 4.
