In Disney Dreamlight Valley, all the recipes that require 3 ingredients to cook are considered 3-Star Meal recipes, and can be made up pretty easily. When you cook them, you can recieve much more gold from selling then than you can from 1-Star or 2-Star Meals, as well as collect more energy by consuming them. There are quite a few 3-Star Meals in the game, and it’s obvious that there is an advantage to cooking them rather than some of the more simple meals in-game.
