How to Get Ice Heart Resource in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You may be surprised to know that Ice Heart actually isn’t related to Elsa and Anna’s little complication from Frozen. Instead, the Ice Heart resource in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a part of one of Merlin’s quests dubbed “The Final Trial.” This quest ends with a fully upgraded watering can. So, it’s worth completing as soon as you can.
Once you move on from the start of the quest where Merlin asks you to craft x5 Purified Night Crystal, you have a gathering assignment. You must find Mushroom, Falling Water, and Ice Heart.
For the first two resources, simply head over to the Glade of Trust area. Mushrooms are easily gathered around the location, while the Falling Water is found by the waterfall.
It is the Ice Heart that gives some Disney Dreamlight Valley players pause. To obtain it, hold onto the Ice Tear Seed that Merlin gives you at the start of the quest. With that in hand, you must reach Frosted Heights. This area is unlockable once you unlock Forest of Valor. Frosted Heights will cost you 10,000 Dreamlight.
Head to the Frosted Heights biome and dig into the frozen ground. It’s here that you want to plant the Ice Tear Seed. Water it with your watering can and wait for it to grow.
Once you harvest it, you will have Ice Heart in your inventory. And that’s all you need to do to obtain the Ice Heart in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Return to Merlin to finish the quest, and he’ll upgrade your watering can.
