Gameloft continues to work to bring even more magic to its players’ valleys. Case in point, in the company’s latest update, the wings went from being an accessory to allowing us to fly. Similar to the update earlier this month — the Star Path with a Halloween and flashy concert theme — players continually strive for more challenges, content, and decorative objects. Well, Disney Dreamlight Valley shared that they will have a showcase coming soon, with huge news for everyone. We are not talking about a new Star Path per se, but that your valley will look more and more like one of the classic Disney stories.
Earlier today, a new teaser appeared on the social networks of Disney Dreamlight Valley, announcing their upcoming showcase for October 29th. What is most striking about this video is that it shows a different castle from the Disney castle we’re used to. At first glance, it’s unclear whether it’s a skin. This new castle is reminiscent of Belle’s hometown and has details similar to the Beast’s castle. But what makes it clear that it is the Beast’s castle is that it appears in front of this construction, the stained glass window which appears at the beginning of the movie of these characters.
Another important point in the video’s description is the phrase: “Discover unique areas arriving in Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s next chapter!” Big changes are coming to our valleys, including new areas, although it is clear that players want more characters and companions. Hopefully, if we have more Beauty and the Beast content in this update, we will see the charismatic Lumière, Cogsworth, and Mrs. Potts.
