Disrespectful AI Video Features Late Los Angeles Superstar Kobe Bryant Streaming And Everybody Hates It ‘Let the legend rest in peace’

Absolute disgrace

AI is absolutely terrifying for everybody involved. While ICE is rampaging the streets and politicians on both sides are waging their wars, huge tech companies are being irresponsible with the very creation that might cause a Terminator-like armageddon way down the road. While Skynet is depicted as big robots and lasers, AI is here right now, and while it isn’t deadly per se, it is perilous when put into the hands of anyone. A stunning video was shared, showcasing the late Los Angeles, California, superstar Kobe Bryant playing and streaming a game of NBA 2K, as well as creating skibidi toilet memes, which nobody found tasteful in the least.

In a video shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, a user named PurpGolded shared the disturbing clip, although they aren’t the ones who created it. In the video, the likeness and voice of NBA icon Kobe Bryant is shown, wearing headphones and a purple and gold LA Lakers hoodie. He is streaming a game of NBA2K, playing as himself, and commenting on his gameplay as if he were a live streamer. He even makes a Skibidee reference, which only adds insult to injury.

Many online have blasted the clip, as it reveals the truth behind most AI and how it is used. On one hand, it’s taking jobs as megacorps invest heavily into the AI ecosystem, and on the flipside, videos, images, and audio can be fabricated that are getting tougher and tougher to detect as the simulation gets more accurate, which will cause diinformation to spread like wildfire as it continues to evolve. Here is what some folks had to say about the disrespectful video clip.

“Let the legend rest in peace”

“Yeah it’s time to shut it down”

“This is not right. This needs serious federal regulations. Imagine what this will he like by 2030 if not regulated now”

“End A.I now this is not cool. Let Kobe rest bro”

“This type of use of AI gives me the creeps”

Be cautious and report any AI-generated videos you encounter. You never know what you’ll find on the internet these days; take everything with a grain of salt.
