Donald Trump and his wife Melania are heading back to the White House. The former President defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in a shocking landslide victory on Tuesday, November 5th. While most of the nation is still reeling from the results, Trump supporters are celebrating. One person who is thrilled is former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Siggy Flicker.
Flicker is one of the few famous people who voiced their support for Trump. The reality star and her family have become friends with the President, and spent time at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
Now, in an interview with Daily Mail, she gives a glimpse at what Donald is like behind-the-scenes. Among the topics, she discusses is Trump’s marriage to Melania.
”No one ever talks about his relationship with Melania, really. Behind-the-scenes, all the little moments, people don’t get to see,” Flicker explained.
Donald and Melania has been under public and media scrutiny. Their PDA and interactions have been criticized as a couple no longer in love. But Flicker says that’s not true.
He is in total admiration of her and he is so respectful of her. He will listen to her before anyone else – and she is no joke.
She is the calm to his storm. That’s what nobody gets. He is always holding her hand and complimenting her, he is so proud of her.
Siggy Flicker Says Donald Trump is ‘a Relatable Person’
Trump’s outspokenness and his questionable antics have earned him a hard-nosed reputation. But Flicker says the Donald she knows is different from the public’s perception.
”The idea that he is unrelatable because he is a billionaire is just ridiculous…he is the most relatable person,” she explained.
You can talk to him about politics, and about Israel…but you can also talk to him about music, food, and Diet Coke. You can talk to him about anything.
Siggy knows what it’s like to be viewed negatively by the public. The star left RHONJ in 2017 after producers altered footage to make her look like a villain. She claims Bravo did it because they were unhappy that she was a Trump supporter.
Suddenly the editing changed and I looked crazy. I related to Mr. Trump because the media was doing the same thing to him.
Although she was shunned by Bravo, cast mates, and fans for her political views, Flicker never stopped showing her support for Donald. Last Tuesday, she was on hand at Mar-a-Lago celebrating with Elon Musk as Trump won the election.
”He is going to make it great again and I am honored to know him.”
