The man himself, Dr Disrespect is back steaming live in twitch after his two week ban. The temporary ban was only for two weeks after the stream of himself using the bathroom at E3 went viral. The main reasoning behind the ban was due to him streaming himself in the bathroom while urinating. Sources say this could have potentially allowed for minors to view this. Twitch’s policy states there to not be any nakedness to be shown on their platform. Granted this moment where Dr Disrespect was using the bathroom is still a grey area for the time being. Regardless Twitch has removed his ban and allowed for him to start streaming again. You can visit his channel right now watching his newest streams.

The moment in question is when he was at E3 and a member of his crew streamed directly from the bathroom to Dr Disrespect’s channel. The video showcases he and his video crew person walking into the bathroom and talking about Dr Disrespect’s experience with his time at E3. The big deal was that this was his first IRL or in real life stream for his channel. California state law also had something to say about this as well. California state law states there is an expectation of privacy for people in their bathrooms in the state. This streaming in the bathroom violated this state law. A representative from the company that runs E3, ESA, stated when it happened that Dr Disrespect’s pass was revoked for E3 and Twitch. This would mean he is not allowed to go to any future events hosted by the ESA.

Due to his high game from his growing fan base, his return seemed more than likely. The community he had established showed support with donations and subscriptions even when his channel wasn’t active. Even his chat line was off the charts when he wasn’t even streaming. Let us know if you think this ban was justified by Twitch for one of its most influential streamer below in the comments.
