Britney Spears’ Sad Situation Catches the Attention of Dr. Drew
Dr. Drew Pinsky has dealt with numerous troubled celebrities over the years. Lately, however, one person has captured his attention, and he claims he is very concerned. Dr. Drew argues thatย little can be doneย to help troubled pop star Britney Spears. Legally speaking, he claims that it will be nearly impossible forย anyoneย to force Britney Spears to seek medical help for her mental illness.
TMZย spoke with Dr. Drew about Britney Spears, and he claims he doesn’t see a second conservatorship anywhere in Britney Spears’s future. He says a 2nd conservatorship will be nearly impossible to obtain in California. Even though theย Toxicย singer hasย been diagnosedย as bipolar, things would have to become extreme and dangerous before the courts would likely consider stepping in.
Dr. Drew says that Britney Spears would have to be a danger to herself or anyone else or lose the ability to care for herself before an involuntary psychiatric hold could even be considered.
“No one can really do anything. It’s the horrible thing. You can try to do an intervention, maybe bring a group of people. A show of force is sometimes helpful. And then urge her to get further care,” stated Dr. Drew Pinsky.
Doctor Fears Britney’s Dangerous Spiral Is Just Beginning
Britney is never going toย ask for help, according to Pinsky. He claims her previous experience left her with trauma, and now she will likely never trustย anyoneย who offers to help.
Fans have been growing very concerned about the singer. Her recent Instagram post sparked many new concerns for Britney.ย The Daily Starย writes that Britney is acting out of sorts. As she walks towards the camera, she runs her hands over the silky fabric of a red dress, but somethingย more reportedly catches her followers’ attention.
They claim that Britneyย looked off out ofย the corner of her eye and seemed to be looking at someone for a moment, and fans didn’t like it. Aย seriousย conversation broke out on X, with fans expressingย seriousย concerns.
“Is somebody controlling her and making her do all these videos??” said another of her admirers. One agreed: “This isn’t good. I have a bad feeling watching this.” “Is someone forcing Britney Spears to make these videos?”ย asked one baffled fan, asking why the star was “glancing to the right nervously.” Another posted: “Anyoneย else seeing it?? Or just me?!”
Whatever is going on with Britney, one thing is sure: Dr. Drew is correct. Unless someone can convince the singer to get help, there is nothing more to do. It’s sad because everyone’s hands are tied at this point.
