We all know that there are three big anime franchises out there that keep releasing video games. We have Naruto, One Piece, and Dragon Ball. For the latter, there are two big games out there right now. Xenoverse 2 offers a great balance between PvP and PvE content with a somewhat original story. Kakarot, on the other hand, is a new take on the beloved story with RPG features. These features are something that many players and fans of this legendary anime love, and it just keeps getting better with each new piece of content the developers launch. While the second DLC of the Season Pass 2 is coming soon, recent leaks show details regarding future content for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. If they are true, we are in for a treat.

Future DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Could Focus on Dragon Ball GT or Super

Let’s take this with a grain of salt, but according to a user on Twitter, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot could get new DLC from either the GT or Super arcs. This could be fantastic as both of these arcs are amazing, and there’s a lot of story to grab from them. GT has a huge story that deserves its own game, but if we get to see some of Goku’s new forms, that’d be fantastic. On the other hand, players would love to experience the Tournament of Power arc with this game’s mechanics.

We’re only speculating right now, but seeing any of these arcs in the game would be great. Our money is on Dragon Ball Super, but we’ll have to wait and see. Xenoverse 2 just added Gohan’s Beast Form to the game, and it has become part of the meta. In general, we think Super could be a better fit for future DLC in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, but let’s wait and see if these leaks turn out to be true. In the meantime, you can enjoy Bardock’s story and wait for the next DLC to come, focusing on the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
