In one of the most unhinged viral videos to hit the internet in recent memory, a belligerent man at Virginia’s Massanutten ski resort was caught mid-stream urinating on someone’s car in front of his own children. His justification is that believed the car’s owners had been smoking weed near his kids, so naturally, he decided public urination was the appropriate response.
The video, originally posted on Reddit’s Public Freakout forum, shows the confrontation between the car’s owners and the unnamed man, who defiantly declares, “Hell ya I’m pissing on your car, you smoked weed in front of my kids, I can piss on your car, it’s all legal ain’t it.” (For the record, no, it is not.)
According to the original poster, the man had already clashed with them earlier in the day over parking. Later, as they returned to their vehicle, they found him mid-act, fully exposed, while his two young daughters stood nearby. When confronted, he allegedly shoved one of the victims and knocked a phone out of their hands before driving off… presumably still intoxicated.
Reddit wasted no time in roasting the man, with one user remarking, “Dude has the perfect punchable face,” while another pointed out the irony of his outfit: “I work in alcohol. The irony of a guy wearing a ‘whiskey helps’ shirt while being mad about weed is not lost on me.”
Others highlighted the serious implications of his actions. “Enjoy finding out the restrictions associated with being a sex offender,” one commenter wrote, referencing the fact that exposing oneself in public (especially in front of children) could lead to more than just online embarrassment.
The situation took an even darker turn when users tracked down the man’s workplace. According to one commenter, “A fine Redditor has already identified the guy as an employee of a certain HVAC company, and another fine Redditor sent the video to a friend who works at the same company. So we might be hearing about some karma real soon.”
While the absurdity of the situation has made it a viral sensation, the incident raises legitimate concerns. Witnesses claim the man was heavily intoxicated and drove away with his children in the car, prompting debates about whether authorities should have been called. The ski resort’s patrol allegedly downplayed the incident, saying that calls about intoxicated drivers were common but often ineffective.
As of now, there’s no official update on whether the man has faced consequences beyond public ridicule. But if there’s one takeaway from this fiasco, it’s this: If you want to take the moral high ground, maybe start by keeping your pants on.
