Indie VR developer 4 I Lab is gearing up for the follow-up title to Drunk or Dead for a 2023 release. Titled Drunk or Dead 2, happy-go-lucky apocalypse survivors will band together to combat the zombie plague with guns and alcohol. This upcoming sequel will launch onto the Quest 2 and PC VR, where capability is available.

Are you ready to bring out the big boys? In Drunk or Dead 2, the living folks have resorted to fighting off the undead while downing bottles of alcohol to stay alive and relaxed. From massive weapons and drones to customizable tools and vehicles, there’s no shortage of danger in Drunk or Dead 2. Whether you prefer to venture out alone or with a couple of friends, you make your own journey; explore the game, grab a drink with friends, or embark on raids with allies by your side. Or, better yet, do it all!
The official trailer for Drunk or Dead 2 is accompanied by an intense voiceover that highlights the VR game’s aspects. Throw in some kickin’ rock n’ roll music and community activities, and you get a solid peek into this new VR title. Up to four players can team up to wipe away the plague in the game’s campaign. 4 I Lab is eyeing an early 2023 release for Drunk or Dead 2.
