As well as highlighting the main content in regards to Rust coming to Dying Light. The vast content featuring in this Dying Light x Rust event seems to be obtained by completing “Bounties”. To where the player is rewarded with items corresponding with the title Rust. However, it doesn’t end there…
Furthermore, the bounties amongst the next Dying Light event will have many rewards. Some of which are the popular weapons consisting in Rust. Such as; the Assault Rifle, Custom SMG, and Salvaged Cleaver. Not to mention, the familiar attire obtainable as well, to what looks to be the Heavy Plate Armor equipped by a player in the trailer, as well as the fan-favorite Bucket Helmet.
Likewise, more of Rais’s men have bandit camps scattered throughout the lands of Harran which look to be designated “Raiding Bounty” Compounds. Prepped for players to do what Rust was made for – Raiding. The rewards upon completion look to be the classic C4 Explosive being the utility obtainable, and more with each bounty completed.
There is also a global bounty available, with the rewards revolving around different variants of the C4 Explosive. The “Flammable” variant was shown off in the trailer, being four in total; “Gashing”, “Flammable”, “Noxious”, and “Gelio”. All of which, excluding “Flammable” is unknown in terms of their effects.
