E3 2015: New Halo 5 Guardians Footage Shown

Halo 5: Guardians started off the Microsoft E3 press conference. In the new installment of the Halo franchise, you play as Commander Locke and lead his team of Spartans to hunt down Master Chief. The new look at Halo 5 Guardians including a single player demo and a new trailer of multiplayer footage.

Starting with the single-player demo, starring Nathan Fillion as one of the Spartan’s, Locke and his team fight through Covenant and Prometheans to find Master Chief. New weapons and and enemies were shown in the single player. No footage of Master Chief was shown, who is also playable in the game.

Alongside the new footage of the single player, the audience was given a new look at the multiplayer now called Halo Warzone. No news on what kind of modes to expect, but expect the typical team battle and capture the flag modes. There also seems to be a new horde mode teased, where players will take control of Spartans to fight waves of Covenant and Prometheans.
