Ubisoft kicked off their E3 conference with the trailer and announcement of a sequel to South Park: The Stick of Truth… The Fractured But Whole. Dirty pun aside the gameplay trailer was all cinematic and showed the usual gang of miscreants trading in the fantasy setting for one with a superhero theme, complete with Cartman’s alter ego The Coon. Other characters include Mysterion, Toolshed, Human Kite, Mosquito, and Human Berry Crunch.

Matt Parker and Trey Stone came out to the stage briefly to talk about their new game, how much they hate the microphones, and how much they hated making The Stick of Truth. Not much information was given, but Matt and Trey said that players would assume the identity of the New Kid once again coming to South Park. Pre-orders are up now for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2016.

South Park: The Stick of Truth garnered a lot of critical acclaim, hopefully The Fractured But Whole (teehee) will do the same with South Park’s trademark dirty humor and great gameplay found in the previous installment.

Check out the trailer below and the website here.
