Ten years after the original game, Relic Entertainment showed off some impressive footage from Dawn of War 3. The Warhammer 40,000 universe continues to grow, with more insane RTS action on the PC.
Pre-alpha footage was shown as developers from Relic took to the stage as the opening announcement, alongside a Space Marine live and in person! The full mission and more gameplay footage will be released worldwide next week.
The 4-minute video showed off almost a full mission in the game, one that Relic says will be shown off throughout E3 this week. The team also mentioned that the game is still a ways away, with much work to be done, but boy did the action look intense, packed, and a ton of fun!
Dawn of War 3 will also have players jump between three different factions for the first time. The extended campaign will take a page of of the Starcraft 2 book and allow players to wreak havoc across the Warhammer galaxy as the story plays out.
