Building upon the excitement and multiplayer shown at last year’s E3, Ubisoft showed what’s new in For Honor. With cheers from the crowd throughout, an intense and bloody mission was played out on stage. Below is a walkthrough of the same mission shown live at UbiE3.

Strap yourself in for this one, not only does it look great, but it is a solid 10-minutes of gameplay:

The gameplay looks great and throws an interesting wrench in the mix. Three different types of ancient and medieval warriors will be weaved into the game as you can play as a Viking, Samurai, or Knight. Towards the end of the trailer you can see (and hear in the commentary), that there are numerous ways to set up your character. The For Honor Combat System allows players to approach their opponent in three different stances, while countering and manoeuvring in real time as well.

The game’s passionate Game’s Creative Director Jason Vandenberghe took to the stage to showcase not just the gameplay, but the great story that will come along with For Honor. Take a look at the story’s gameplay trailer below:

Forhonorgame.com is now open for anyone to sign up for its upcoming alpha access (limited spaces and no confirmed date). Ubisoft also announced that the game will be hitting store shelves early next year; on February 14th, 2017.
