The smash hit from Guerrilla, Horizon Zero Dawn, will be getting its first DLC. A trailer was shown for “The Frozen Wilds” at Sony’s E3 2017 briefing last night. It is clear that the DLC will be taking place in a new snowy, chilly environment that players may not have explored in the main game.
Obviously, the DLC will continue to follow Alloy and her adventures, but it is unclear whether this takes place during or after the main game’s storyline. The DLC does appear to be story driven, and it looks like it will feature new weapons, armor, and maybe even some new robot dinosaurs!
Sadly, that is about all of the information we could gather from the trailer, which you can see above. Hopefully, the DLC will be available sometime later this year, but a price point was not revealed as of yet.
While the E3 conference is coming to an end, but there are still plenty of panels left to fill all of your gaming and entertainment needs. Here is the official schedule for the E3 Coliseum panels over the next few days. As always, The Nerd Stash will be covering the events; so, keep your eyes peeled for all your continued E3 news.
