Talismans are equipable items that give you a passive ability or buff to your character in Elden Ring. These items are a significant part of any build since they can provide numerous different passive buffs to really round out your gameplay. One of these talismans is even a reward you can get for defeating a boss, the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman. This talisman will aid players that rely on skills and spells as they make their way through the Lands Between as it will replenish a little of your FP upon every enemy killed. This guide will show players where and how to get the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman in Elden Ring.
How To Get The Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman In Elden Ring
The Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman is one of the rewards you can choose to get from the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor, which you will get for defeating the Regal Ancestor Spirit boss fight. This boss is found in the Ancestral Woods just beyond Norkon, the Eternal City. To gain access to Norkon, you will first need to defeat Starscourge Radahn, the boss you will find in the Redmane Castle in Caelid. Upon defeating the corrupted general, a star will fall from the sky and create a path to Norkon in front of Fort Haight in Limgrave. Make your way through the zone and pass the Mimic Tear boss fight. This is where you will find the Ancestral Woods. You will need to light six altars around the area and interact with the corpse at the Hallowhorn Grounds location. This will teleport you to the Regal Ancestor Spirit boss fight. Below is a map of all the altars you will need to activate to access the fight and unlock the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman.

Upon defeating the Regal Ancestral Spirit, you will get the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor. Return to the Roundtable Hold and talk to Finger Reader Enia, who sits next to the Two Fingers. You can then trade your Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor for either the Winged Greathorn weapon or the Ancestral Spirit’s Horn Talisman. To get both items, travel to a Masolium to duplicate the Remembrance before trading it in at Enia.
