One of the most enigmatic NPC in Elden Ring is the one you know the longest: Your Maiden, Melina. She is the one who gives you the ability to level up and shares lore tidbits at specific parts of the game. She can be summoned when players face off against Morgott, the Omen King. In that battle, she wields the Blade of Calling dagger, a weapon that you too can find in your journey through the Lands Between. This guide will tell players where to find the Blade of Calling in Elden Ring.

Where To Find The Blade of Calling In Elden Ring

The Blade of Calling is found in the elevator that takes you between Leyndell, The Royal Capital, and the Forbidden Lands. Starting from the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace, head back and take the elevator up towards the Divine Tower of East Altus. Once on the elevator, face towards the west, and you will notice a little landing with a pathway and a door carved into the wall (pictured below). While traveling on the elevator, jump off and on the platform. Enter through the door seen below, and you will find the Blade of Calling inside the room on the desk.

The Blade of Calling requires the player to have their Strength at Level 6, their Dexterity at Level 13, and their Faith at Level 15 in order to wield properly. As a unique weapon, the dagger cannot be infused with any Ashes of War, but the weapon skill that it comes with is already relatively good. The Blade of Gold weapon skill sees the player jump into the air and shoot a golden blade-shaped beam at an enemy, dealing holy damage.

Elden Ring is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
