The katana class of weapons is one of the most powerful and consistent in all of Elden Ring. Whether it be the Rivers of Blood or the Moonveil, there are many of these long curved blades that could easily chary you through the entirety of the game. The most basic weapon in the class is the Uchigatana, but basic does not mean bad, as it is an excellent addition to any loadout. While the Samurai class uses the Uchigatana as a starting weapon, players are able to find the sword in the world. Players that want to add this weapon to their arsenal will first need to know where to find it. This guide will show players how and where to find the Uchigatana in Elden Ring.

Where To Find The Uchigatana In Elden Ring

The Uchigatana can be found in the Deathtouched Catacomb, one of the many dungeons that you can come across in the game’s starting area of Limgrave. You will need to go up through the Stormhill Gate and make your way to the north part of the region near the hole where you meet Alexander the Iron Fist. You will find the entrance in the form of a wooden door on the side of a cliff. This is where you will find the Uchigatana.
