Entitled women are everywhere you look. Whether they’re accosting teens for what they’re wearing at a family event or criticizing others for their culture, these Karens are out there. Sometimes, they even get the karma that they so desperately deserve for putting others into the situations that they do. A recent YouTube video depicts a woman in a Ross getting the karma she deserves after refusing to leave.
The video is taken from the point of view of an officer’s body camera as he walks inside a Ross department store. Immediately after arriving, a store representative explained the situation, pointing at the woman demanding a discount who decided to situate herself in the bagging area of the checkout lane. It’s very clear from the moment you look at the woman that no matter what the officer says, she will not comply.
So, naturally, the officers try to get her to leave before attempting to remove her physically. Instead of heeding their warning, she decides to record the interaction as though she is the victim. After deliberations, the officers decide that the woman will not willingly leave and detain her. This is where she decides to try and turn the story around by stating that the officers were hurting her and taking her things away from her.
It’s strange to me that she wouldn’t already know this procedure, especially since it doesn’t seem like this is the first time this has happened to her. The comments immediately flooded with people criticizing the woman not only for her actions, but for where she decided to take them.
“Girl there’s NOTHING in Ross worth going to jail for!!!”
And honestly, that commenter is right; there is absolutely nothing at a Ross worth going to jail for. In fact, the whole point of Ross is that the clothing are already on a heavy discount! Hopefully, she’s learned her lesson but something tells me that we’ll be seeing her on the news again soon.
