The hectic gaming season might be over, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t time to show some upcoming games. If you didn’t know, Xbox held its Partner Preview today, showcasing several new titles that will land sometime in 2026, and shadow-dropping a few others you can play right now. So, without further ado, here’s everything that was announced during the Xbox Partner Preview of November 2025.
ARMATUS
The Xbox Partner Preview kicked things off with the worldwide premiere of ARMATUS, a third-person roguelite shooter that puts you in the demon-infested streets of Paris. While it was only a quick teaser, we already saw a lot of the third-person action coming to the game. From different guns to slick movements and some cool-looking finishers, this roguelite looks quite intriguing, and fortunately, it is coming next year.
The Mound: Omen of Cthulu
It is always great to see a new co-op game land on the market, and this time, The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu is taking a different spin on the genre. Here, you arrive as a group of explorers at an island heavily inspired by some Lovecraftian tales. It seems there will be some perception mechanics in-game that will make other characters look like enemies, so it seems this experience will be equal parts engaging and horrifying. We can’t wait for it to launch sometime during the summer of 2026.
Dave the Diver – Xbox Launch and DLC Teaser
Back when we reviewed Dave the Diver, we called it “the game that keeps on giving,” and we stand by it. First, the game is now available on Xbox, and you can jump into this chaotic and addictive adventure right now. However, that wasn’t the only surprise, as we’re getting the “Into the Jungle” DLC early in 2026. We only got a glimpse of it, but it was enough to convince us to don the diving suit once more.
Crowsworn
We were not expecting to see a platformer in the Xbox Partner Preview, but we’re glad we did, as Crowsworn looks absolutely stunning. As you can see, this deadly platformer features a lot of slick movement, verticality, impactful combat, and a gorgeous art style with beautiful 2D animation. Lately, we’ve seen a lot of new Metroidvania titles, and we’re glad there’s another studio cooking up a brand-new one, as it is one genre we can’t stop playing.
Echo Generation 2
Undoubtedly, one of the most unique games that were revealed during the showcase was Echo Generation 2. Yes, this is a sequel. No, you don’t have to stress about it. This voxel adventure pays homage to several things of the 80s and 90s, as you can see by the Gremlin-like companion. It also brings an engaging turn-based combat system, which many will enjoy. Since there isn’t a release date yet, you have plenty of time to try the first game to see just how unique this series is.
Vampire Crawlers
Vampire Crawlers is moving away from the bullet hell/action roguelite experience of Vampire Survivors, and it is bringing a fresh Turbo Wildcard game for all of us to get sucked in again. This deckbuilder seems to have that addictive yet casual approach of Vampire Survivors, with a few roguelite mechanics sprinkled on top of it to create yet another game we won’t be able to walk away from. There isn’t a release date yet, but it seems it is coming sometime in 2026.
007: First Light – Vehicle Reveal
It might not have been the longest trailer in the Xbox Partner Preview, but it was one of the flashiest. As you all know, an iconic part of all 007 movies is the vehicle, and 007: First Light couldn’t fall behind. Today’s teaser showcases the slick, beautiful Aston Martin Valhalla, which it seems players will be able to take out for a spin once the game launches.
Roadside Research
If you want some co-op chaos, Roadside Research will put you and your friends in the shoes of aliens trying to pass as humans as they work at a gas station. It is definitely a mouthful, but one we can’t wait to play. The game will include different systems, such as managing the store, completing your daily tasks, and more, without being too suspicious of your alien research. It’s going to be a wild ride for sure, but one that we will enjoy with our friends.
Total Chaos
For those who love some shadowdropping, Total Chaos is available right now. This title comes from the creator of Turbo Overkill, and it shows. It is atmospheric, eerie, and scary above all. To survive, you’ll need to craft your own weapons and fend off against these horrors. Fortunately, you can try it right now, which is excellent for those who have been waiting for a new survival horror adventure.
Reanimal
Reanimal puts you in the shoes of two siblings who literally go through hell together. From the minds of the first two Little Nightmares titles, this dark co-op adventure is precisely what the genre needed. The atmosphere is dark, gloomy, and incredibly scary, with several dangers we will face with another player. This title launches in February 2026.
Erosion
We got not one, but two voxel games at the Xbox Partner Preview, and the other one we’re talking about is Erosion. In this gorgeous game, you need to fight against time to rescue your daughter. However, if you die, 10 years pass, which adds this sense of urgency to the game. It is a pretty interesting mechanic, and one we can’t wait to get our hands on.
Zoopunk
We really didn’t expect to see a rabbit dual-wielding weapons while kicking the fur out of enemies and then calling a squirrel and another anthropomorphic animal ally to join the fight. From what we saw, the combat looks quite impactful, full of slick moves, wrapped in a gorgeous art style, and quite unique at that. This one is still far away, as it plans to release sometime in 2027, but it is great to see action-adventure games returning to the fray.
CloverPit
CloverPit might not be new to many, but it is definitely new for Xbox players, who can finally jump into this deadly roguelite experience. Many of you are already familiar with the “gambling to stay alive” deal, and more will join this adventure, as they keep playing in that slot machine to pay off their debts. Plus, there is a DLC coming soon, but it seems that is still a mystery we are not ready to discover yet.
Hitman: Eminem vs Slim Shady
Hitman has been killing it (literally) with its celebrity contracts lately, and the new task for Agent 47 is Slim Shady. Here, our bald elite assassin will have to take down Eminem’s alter ego. Yes, it all sounds like a fever dream, but in truth, it sounds awesome. The contract will arrive as an Elusive Target on December 1, and will be free for all players.
Tides of Annihilation
There are a few games out there we think are too good to be true, and Tides of Annihilation fits that category. While we already got a glimpse of this game before, we now got to see a complete boss fight, and it blew us all away. It is a visual spectacle of realm-shifting proportions, stunning VFX, and more. It seems that action-adventure games are finally making a comeback, and this one is a clear example of that.
Raji: Kaliyuga
The sequel to the iconic Raji is finally coming. Raji: Kaliyuga takes place six years after the great war, and you’ll play as Raji and her brother. You’ll be able to control each character at different parts of the story. Furthermore, the game’s perspective is changing considerably, as it takes a more action-adventure approach compared to the prequel’s isometric view.
As usual, most of these games will be available on Game Pass, so if you want to try them all out, remember to renew that subscription to add a few more to your to-play list. Undoubtedly, 2026 will be a busy year.
