Want to know what are Modules in Exoprimal? While Exoprimal offers players a relatively large selection of Exosuits for any playstyle, creating a good build is an equally important process. After all, in addition to leveling up, you can use Rigs to gain an additional ability or equip up to three Modules to increase basic stats and get perks. However, while players can easily find the best Rig for their play style, the modules’ mechanic is more complex than it seems at first glance. So we are here to help you and tell you what is Modules in Exoprimal.

What Are Modules in Exoprimal?

First, it is worth noting that Modules are interchangeable passive abilities divided into class and general. As the name suggests, general modules are available to all Exosuits, while the class module set is unique to each character. At the same time, you can equip up to three Modules creating any combination. Simply put, you can equip three general or class talents or any combination.

Thanks to Modules, you can improve all the characteristics of the characters, including health, speed, damage, defense, ammo, attack range, and more, depending on your Exosuit. But if you’ve just started playing, you should also know that some Module has a secret ability. You won’t know about this ability until you unlock the Module and level it up. Simply put, you can only appreciate the power of each talent once you upgrade it to its maximum.

For example, the class module Blast Enhancer (Barrage Exosuit) increases your blast radius. But by upgrading it to level 4, you will also increase your ammo by 3. All other modules work on the same principle.

How To Unlock and Upgrade Modules

Before we tell you about module upgrades, it’s worth mentioning the Exoprimal leveling system. More precisely, leveling up your account and each Exosuit happens separately. That is, after each battle, you fill two experience bars. These upgrade systems are independent of each other, so at some point, you will find that your account level is significantly higher than the level of some characters.

As for unlocking Modules, this process follows the same principle. Leveling up your account will unlock general perks, and reaching a certain character level will reward you with unlocking class modules.

It is also worth noting that in addition to unlocking Modules, you will have to pay a certain amount of BikCoin, which differs depending on the Module, to unlock this ability permanently. For all subsequent improvements, you only need money. The cost of upgrading each specific talent increases with its level but is no longer tied to the level of your account or character.
