High Radiation Fluids are Consumable inย Fallout 76ย that will restore 50 HP upon being consumed but also lower one’s Water stat by 3% and increases Rads by 15 points. However, using these fluids as a source of HP regeneration is not this resource’s primary use for Vault Dwellers. Instead, players will need High Radiation Fluids to make Flux, a chemical reagentย used in crafting a variety of items, such as specific ammunition types, jet packs, or the decontamination shower. Different from most resources that can be found in the open world of Appalachia, procurement of High Radiation Fluids is tied to a certain world event, making them tricky to obtain.ย

To get High Radiation Fluids in Fallout 76, Vault Dwellers must loot dead creatures and enemies that spawn within nuclear blast zones. Indicated by a red circle on the in-game map, these blast zones are the result of players launching a nuke onto an area of Appalachia.

High Radiation Fluids Farming Location After Nuke Drop in Fallout 76

For a period, the area within the blast zone becomes highly radioactive, causing all the enemies that spawn within the area to drop different items, including the High Radiation Fluids resource in Fallout 76. Naturally, entering such zones is deadly without the proper equipment; therefore, players are advised to be well-equipped before entering these zones to farm enemies. It should be noted that it does not matter which user launched the nuke, as the blast zone caused by any player will result in the loot drops of enemies being slightly altered.

One of the best places to drop a nuke to create a blast zone for farming High Radiation Fluids inย Fallout 76ย is a grotto near Tangara Town, a location north of the Valley Galleria and east of the Sunday Brothers’ Cabin. After triggering the blast zone, players can find plenty of mobs to kill for the fluids. Additionally, mining an Ultracite Vein within the grotto will cause enemies to spawn. If players have acquaintances join them, they can get multiple waves to appear by harvesting the node. Another great spot would be the location of the Scorched Earth event with the Scorchbeast Queen. If players manage to launch a nuke on the area, there be plenty of radiated enemy mobs that might drop High Radiation Fluids inย Fallout 76.
