Those at Bethesda are hoping Fallout 76 makes a comeback akin to the likes of Rainbow Six Siege and No Man’s Sky. They want to do this in their year 2 expansions, starting with their Wastelanders DLC. This expansion will add NPCs into the game as they return to Appalachia to reclaim the land. You can check out the Wastelanders DLC trailer down below:

But, Fallout 76’s year 2 content doesn’t end there. The game will add a new 52-player battle royale game mode called Nuclear Winter, which will release tomorrow:

Fallout 76, including Nuclear Winter, will be free-to-play from June 10th-17th.
