Ray J can’t seem to keep his name out of the headlines. And today is no different. The R&B singer shook the table a few weeks ago after news broke that he was in an altercation with Diddy’s sons. The three children of the disgraced rapper ran into Ray at a Halloween party and allegedly pressed the reality star over comments he made about their pops.
Brandy’s brother later addressed the noise on Instagram with Nicki Minaj. “I felt like I needed to stand up for myself,” he told the “Super Bass” performer after revealing the Combs kids approached him “three” times. Elsewhere, Ray’s manager commented on the news, too. During his chat with the paparazzi, he revealed that the night turned ugly due to “little kids” wanting to “press” a big dog like Ray.
However, during a recent chat on Newsnation with Chris Cuomo, Ray said he and Diddy’s sons have reached an understanding. Although it’s positive news, it left many fans utterly confused.
Ray Clears the Air After Fight With Diddy’s Kids
While Ray J was discussing the explosive encounter with Diddy’s kids, he described the aftermath as challenging. Later, he said they all had a sit-down to figure out how they could move forward. “We’ve worked out our differences,” he revealed.
But some people aren’t buying it. In fact, many are confused by Ray and his latest string of public outbursts.
“What is Ray J going through that he need to be in the headlines every five business minutes,” one person wrote. Someone else chimed in, saying the singer “hasn’t stopped talking for the past two weeks. Stop giving him a microphone.” Many others also shared their feelings, saying Ray needed to stay away from social media and pause the interviews.
Other netizens brought up his relationship with his sister, Brandy, saying his erratic behavior is why she doesn’t speak with him. “I’m really understanding why Brandy loves him from a distance,” they wrote.
Who Else Has Ray Been Beefing With?
In addition to Ray J’s altercation with Diddy’s sons, the entertainer recently made waves after threatening Pastor Jamal Bryant.
The latter hosts a podcast, Let Me Be Clear, in which he hosts some high-profile guests, including Master P and, yes, Ray. However, before the interview was released, Ray J took to social media to express his displeasure with Jamal and his team. But his claim to snatch somebody “off the pulpit” is what really did it for fans.
“Snatching people out of pulpits? Y’all be letting the clergy collars fool y’all. We’re saved, not soft,” someone commented.
Later, Ray addressed the commotion and revealed that he had made amends with Jamal. “I apologize to you and the whole church community!” he said online before calling his behavior “unforgivable.”
Although he has cleared the air with Diddy’s kids and Pastor Jamal, there’s no telling when Ray J’s next altercation will take place. But based on the way he likes to pop off, it could be at any moment.
