Unfortunately, her return is met with chaos. While Tammy is ready to “conquer the world” after losing 300 pounds, the same cannot be said of her husband, Caleb Willingham. The man is struggling with weight loss at the rehab facility in Ohio, a situation that left Tammy devastated.
“I can’t imagine walking out of this place without my husband,” she says in the preview.
Nevertheless, Tammy left the facility and returned home to spend some time with Amy and her half-sisters, Amanda and Misty. The siblings’ time together features various happy moments and jokes. But while Amy appears happy on the outside, the trailer shows she’s struggling to manage her household — husband, Michael, and two kids, Gage Dean and Glenn Allen.
“I am overwhelmed, stressed out, and Michael ain’t doing s**t. Every aspect of my life is chaotic because I have no support,” she says.
Meanwhile, back in rehab, things are going poorly for Willingham, who reveals that at 537 pounds, he’s adding weight again. Willingham would pass away a few months later in July. At the end of the clip, Tammy expresses sadness at the state of things in her life, noting:
“I didn’t know coming home, the world was going to fall apart.”
