They added a video of Perry at The Ritz Paris, waving to fans and making her way into the building. The clip also showed the 39-year-old pairing the outfit with black net leggings and stilettos. She wore her dark long hair in loose curls and sported a dull face of glam makeup. As expected, Katy Perry’s 200-yard dress left fans with many mixed reactions.
